Nikolay Oskolkov

I am a bioinformatician, computational biologist and data scientist with specialization in applications of mathematical statistics and machine learning to biological and biomedical data analysis. I am holding the position of a Group Leader (PI) of the Metabolic Research Group within the EU-funded TARGETWISE project at the Latvian Institute of Organic Synthesis (LIOS) in Riga, Latvia. I previously worked at Lund University and NBIS SciLifelab in Sweden.
